James comes to us from BMW, where he achieved outstanding success in quality management, production, product launch, and lean manufacturing. He was most recently VP of Assembly and Physical Logistics responsible for all aspects of BMW 5 Series assembly and physical logistics at the company’s plant in Shenyang, China.
As President and COO of SpaceX, Gwynne Shotwell is responsible for day-to-day operations and for managing all customer and strategic relations to support company growth. he joined SpaceX in 2002 as Vice President of Business Development and built the Falcon vehicle family manifest to nearly 50 launches, representing nearly $5 billion in revenue. Shotwell is a member of the SpaceX Board of Directors.
